recently been pondering either reshafting my 3 wood that i have right now or getting a new one. been hitting my driver good again but would like to still have my 3 wood as a go to club. i've hit the ovation and the new nike three wood. the only other club i like is the 2004 big bertha fairway wood. my 3 wood now is a callaway steelhead III with a TT dynamic gold shaft. my swing speed is in the 90's and shoot in the 90's as well. i wouldn't mind the aldila one shaft...looking for a shaft with high launch. any help would be appreciated thanks!

pretty much anything with a low bend point, but a xpc 4 woods shaft stiff flex, grafalloy pro launch blue stiff, and a vista pro fujikura regular flex is a great shaft resonably priced. Vista pros tend to run pretty stiff so I would suggest a regular flex which gauges a 80 to 90 mph swing speed, that will give you a little more distance over accuracy if you want more accuracy move to a stiff flex.... The Vista Pro is a good choice, the grafalloy pro launch is a low bend point that will launch the ball higher as well as the Aldila NVS.
