Crooked?

I think I've mentioned it before, but the set of clubs I have right now were given to me. They're old and a little beat up, but they work.

When I got them, I noticed that the 3-wood looks like it bends to the left a bit at address:

Am I crazy, or is that crooked? Any thoughts on how to fix it? A friend told me not to worry about it cause it'll help my slice. Thanks!

It may have been bent purposely to help a slice, but more then likely the club is a victim of a few hosel shots.

You can replace the shaft, yes. I don't think you will find any plastic hosel sleeves to cover the whippings with, but other then that changing a shaft in a wooden club is not hard. You will need a few special tools to do it.
