Best way to shim a shaft to the head

I have a driver head (Taylor Made 360) that has the thicker bore bubble shaft. I want to put a Graffaloy Pro Launch which doesnt come with the same thickness bore. Im determined to make the connection but there's way too much play so... what's the best way to shim the connection?

Golfworks, Golfsmith...etc sell shims that allow fitting conventional sized shafts into larger bore hosels. Here is an example that will more than likely work. http://www.golfsmith.com/products/9588
