Could anyone assist me in replacing the shaft in a Ping ISI Driver. I understand that the part above the driver is a ferrule instead of a hosel. How do you separate this ferrule from the driver? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jarhead76

The ferrule is part of the clubs alignment, so be careful. Best way is to send it back to Ping, but if you must try, cut the shaft off flush with the ferrule, then drill out the remaining shaft. This will leave the ferrule intact, unless you get careless with the drill. Hope this helps.

Thanks, the problem is that I had thought that it was a hosel instead and when I drilled it I did get into the ferrule. I appreciate your assistance.

It has to go back to Ping. No matter how careful you are with the drill the hosel piece is plastic and it will get damaged. Ping will do this for you and have it back in a week or less.
