Scotty Cameron TeI3 Insert removal

I've refurbished a number of Scotty Cameron putters (Studio Designs, Coronados, Pro-platinum Lagunas, etc) but have recently acquired a Santa Fe with Tel3 insert (with face visible elastomer). I feel that I may acheive a better finish to the head if I remove the insert (Scotty Custom Shop remove then refit after refurb)
I recall seeing an original Titleist patent that showed the insert being held by screws accessed through some of the elastomer holes at the back of the putter head - but this may not be the case with the Santa Fe.
Any help would be appreciated (I could send it to Scotty's Custom Shop - but that would spoil my fun and cost an awful lot more!!)

It's okay------------ I've sorted it!!

Just to update......... behind four of the white dots there are small hex-head screws which secure the insert.
