UST Irod Hybrid Shafts

I just purchased a Genex 3dx hybrid ironwood and I am thinking about reshafting the club with the Irod hybrid shaft.
This shaft appears to be be rather stiff for the flex given to it by UST. Drop down one flex or go with flex I normally play?
Thanks,
Gary

I happen to think the UST graphite shaft of the 3dx hybrid feels perfect.

Billy Bogey 5: In the Los Angeles area, apparently Nickent is selling the Genex primarily thru pro shops at golf courses. I finally found two in graphite of the loft I wanted. I chose the club I bought because the head was more square although the shaft in the other club felt a little better. Thinking I could reshaft later if it didn't work out. I had heard that the IROD was a great shaft, but when compared to the Aldila NV 85 gram shaft, the IROD appears to be stiffer.

Ahh... okay then. Yeah, the stock UST shaft on the storebought is reg flex.
Let us know what you're going to do and how it turns out. These clubs are sweet!

I think the Irod Shaft is the #1 selling Hybrid shaft. I have one but never really dug the whole hybrid feel but I did not see anything wrong with the shaft.
