Do any of you use leather grips?

I played around with the thought of regriping this past time with leather but went with velvet again. Do any of you use leather and if so what do you think of them?

I have a leather wrapped putter. Not the best grip on my list but it works. I don't know how they feel on an iron with a full swing but it sure does add an old school touch.

I use leather on all my clubs, putter included. They are especially nice if you want to play or practice without a glove, and with minimal care they will last for years. This makes them much more economical then any other grip on the market.

GripMaster Leather grips, hands down. Last twice as long as conventional leather, they are adjustable, and are treated with a chemical called Protac I believe. The grips are naturally tacky because of the protac, but they get tackier with moisture, whether that be from sweat, rain, or like me, a small spray bottle of water that I carry in my bag just to "wet" my grips as others are trying dry theirs. $12.50 to $13.99 each, depending on the model, but worth every penny in my opinion.

I use leather grips on my wood and putter. Composite Ping grips on my irons. No particular reason other than I like the feel.

I do not believe they carry an extra long, regardless, here is a link to their site. They offer trial packs.

Best of luck!
