Using driver after reshafting

Can you use a driver right after it has been reshafted or do you have to wait a certain period until you can use it? I'm anxious to try out my driver but the clubmaker said to wait 2 weeks until i hit with it. 2 weeks seems pretty long for the epoxy to dry don't you think?

Two weeks? I wait 24 hrs for the epoxy to dry and that is it. I think two weeks is a bit extreme, unless he uses Elmers glue.

Cool

2 weeks is nosense. Shafting epoxy cures in 24 hours max. I think you need to find a new club builder.

Talking about Elmers glue, reshafted a club done by another so-called clubmaker that had it, thank god it was a putter, anything else it would of flew off.
