Golf shipping and display boxes

Does anyone know a site to purchase both golf club shipping boxes and the boxes that display the whole set for retail? Golfsmith used to sell shipping boxes but I don't think anymore. I need to build a set for someone giving it as a gift, and a nice box that has the slots in them for the individual irons and woods would be nice to have. Thanks

Maybe I'm confusing some of you. what I'm looking for is the flat box, maybe 15"x48" and 3" thick with the individual slits as dividers to place each club. it's how sets of clubs used to come.

Companies like Taylor Made and Mizuno put a foam insert in their boxes. Like leaguegolf said, go to a local retailer and ask for one.
