First put the head on the shaft to see if there is any epoxy that will align the head back where it originally was. Then mark the shaft and head so you can put them back together in the same alignment. Afterwards, remove the head again and sand off any remaining epoxy from the shaft and drill out the epoxy from the head. If you dont have the correct size drillbit, wrap a pice of sand paper around a dowel stick or a pencil and sand the epoxy out of the head. When this is all done, reapply the head with a 24 hour epoxy, making sure to align the head and shaft with the earlier witness marks.
