spine align before painting

how much of a cost would it be for the shaft manufactures to spine align the shaft before it was painted and graghics added? i'm not talking about shaft puring on a machine which i could see holding up the process, but a simple put the shaft in a tool, pull down and mark it. or do you think that that would be admitting to flaws in their product? what do you think!

The spine isn't really a visible shaft defect. They could do a true puring of the shaft (ala SST) and then paint it. I think that Rifle actually offers a shaft that way.

I would probably take any shaft I buy to my builder for analysis, and puring, mostly because I realize that I am not getting tour issue components, and the tolerences aren't always there.

I would love to purchase from a tour rep, and have a set of tour issue shafts, but I am thinking that the shafts would cost me more than I paid for my entire set.
