Question Adhesive for repairing club?

My hubby lost the head on one of his clubs the other day while we were at the driving range. What adhesive is best to use to attach the head back on the shaft?

A good 24 hour epoxy. The quick drying stuff gets too hot during the curing process and becomes harder and thus more brittle.

there are specific shafting glues but what you are after fundamentally is a good two part epoxy. Have used Araldite in the past as well as the specialist stuff from Brampton.
