Question rust removal on chrome forged CB iron set?

i'm considering a set of forged CBs, chromed, that has some rust on its inside edge, on the back sides: how would i remove the rusts? the other issue is that they are 1/2" longer than standard, but that's an easy solution, right, since i would re-grip all of them anyways.

the shaft and clubs head look OK to good, otherwise. There's some dents on the face that looks cosmetic only..

am I looking at a potential bargain (for our teenaged son, who plays infrequently, that plays with us when he can..is a mech. engneering major) or a iron headache?

Tilden,
In addition to what league said your gonna have to either keep coking them things or clean 'em and then oil or silicon 'em after each use or that rust will return. My old set has rusted sweet spots, so after I play i clean 'em and then spray and wipe them with wd-40, seems to keep the rust at bay.

Toothpaste and a green kitchen scrubbie sponge worked for my cameron putter and mp-30s and I have also been using either hoppes gun oil or more recently clear spray silicone lube to keep it away.
