Reshafting Ping G2 3 wood?

i want to put a new shaft in my ping g2 3 wood but i am having a problem. there is a special type of sleeve on this club that the shaft fits into at the hosel. i can't find the little sleeves anywhere! the closest i found was one labeled for a ping i3 fairway wood. does anyone if its the same thing or not? maybe you reuse the piece, but its plastic so doubt that. if anyone has reshafted a ping fairway wood, PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!
