Golfsmith and club assembly

I want to order a couple of component Snake Eyes irons from Golfsmith.com. The heads I want are not available in store. Can I phone order them and will they assemble them if I buy the shaft, grip, and rest of the pieces?

Call customer service and ask. I received a coupon (now expired) from them for assembly of 8 clubs so I know it can be done. Also, doing it yourself is very easy. PM me with the club details and I can walk you through the process.

If they won't, contact me and I will assemble them for you.

Cool

Golfsmith sells components and they also sell assembled clubs, it's up to you what you want to get. You should just call them the tell them what you want and they can assemble them for you. Or, as was mentioned, you could learn how to assemble your own clubs at a free Golfsmith clinic. They have a free clinic you can attend and learn all you need to know about basic club assembly. It's not very hard if you have a decent ability to work with your hands.

I actually ordered my Python 3 & 4 iron and used the free assembly coupon. They will be here Thursday.

I am also going to the free class next month. Can't wait!
