Welcome to golf, if you go to a golf shop there are nearly always package deals, for amazing prices, at the shop you can ask the guy, am i too short for mens clubs etc, if you wanted you could also get custon fitted shafts, for your hieght.

You would be better off to get fitted for a mens set. Women's clubs, besides the shafts being to flexible, also have smaller diameter grips, and the swing weights are lower. To give you an example, my wife is 5' 7" and 106 lbs. She was professionally fitted for Ping clubs and plays with a men's set, regular flex, and 1 degree up, as a result. Nothing beats a good fitting!
