Any reputable golf shop that does repairs can cut clubs for you however you must first consider that ladies clubs and mens clubs will have different flex on the shafts. As a general rule amateur ladies do not swing the club as fast as amateur men do so the shaft has more flex in it to help hit the ball farther. I surmise from your post that you are a lady so I would go with ladies clubs if I were you.

Cool

Going by your post, it's clear that you don't have any idea of what needs to be done to cut down a club. With that in mind, I'd have to recommend you go to a decent golf shop and have someone help you with finding the best set of golf clubs for you. You want to get a set of clubs with the correct flex for you, and the correct club lengths. Cutting down a set of irons isn't that hard to do, but you do have to know what you're doing, and how to measure the clubs to get them the correct length. If you want to do it yourself, I'd recommend you find a Golfsmith near you, and sign up for their free club making class before you do anything on your own.
