I am looking into buying a new shaft for my TM R540XD driver, anyone know what size the tip needs to be for this driver head?

Pretty sure it's 0.335, but not 100%.

Why don't you just measure the shaft, and then you will know for sure. You can buy a dial caliper at Checker for around $10, and then you'd have one for the next time you need to know the size of a shaft or a lot of other things.
