Reconditioning Clubs

Ive got an old set of Mizuno MP14 irons that Im still playing, but the short irons have almost lost their grooves entirely and the clubs are actually starting to rust on the sweet spot because the finish has all been worn away.

Can I get new grooves re-cut and if so, how much would that set me back? What about re-finishing them? I am not very atached to these clubs, so if its over 200, I might as well pick up another set on eBay (maybe some MP32s )

I believe you can send them to golfworks to get refinished!

I think Golfsmith still does refinishing as well. I think it's expensive though. Having an 8 iron set refinished is well over $200.

I've seen some places on the net that refinishes clubs and I think it is around $28-$32/club depending on if they are shafted or are heads only.

I would also recommend The Iron Factory. Jim is a great guy and does quality work. Rechrome and regroove should cost you about $30 per club.
