Cleaning/restoring vintage golf clubs...

Picked up a beautiful set of dead stock 1973 Wilson X-31 clubs, 2-PW.

As you can see, the faces and backsides of the heads are pristine...

...the shafts are also in great condition, but it appears that they have normal wear from years of storage...

...please note that I have not received these yet, but when I do, what can I do to clean them and/or restore them to grade A condition? Then, what can I do to keep them in the condition that is desirable?

Wow-- sweeeeeeeeeeeeet. I was thinking about sending mine out for a re-chroming. I'm not sure what to use on these-- they look awesome.
