Building a Jr Driver

Hi I Am looking to build a Jr driver 400cc and Iam looking for a head Under 200gr, The finished length would be 41 inches , also and suggestions on shafts? Thanks

I'm partial to alot of loft (13*-16*), and using an adult ladies, or senior flex shaft. This combination (13.5* & L flex shaft) added about 25 yards to my youngest nephew's drives. (Just don't tell him it's a ladies club, and he's fine. )
Since I don't know the specifics on who you're building the club for, that's about all I can say.
