Anyone iwth "Golf One" grip experience?

I received a new 4-iron today that came with a Golf One grip. Its a lot tackier than any of the other grips I have and after taking it to the range today, I found I really enjoyed hitting with it. I was able to relax my hands more without feeling like the club was going to slip out; my release was better so I didn't have to "work" as hard to get good distance. I even tried them out wet and they behaved the same. Anyone here have any experience, short or long, with this brand of grip? Or know of something similar but a better choice? I'm thinking of putting this grip on my other irons. Thanks in advance.

They are an inexpensive grip and as long as you like them then that is all that matters. They are made by GRIP ONE. wasn't sure where the golf one name came from. I keep the Golf Pride tour velvets on hand for replacements but again it is what the individual likes as there are tons of grips out there and some wear longer than others and some grip better than others in all conditions. I might give them a shot next time I order just to check them out.

I have been using Golfworks (recently bought by Golf Galaxy) for years and Grip One is their brand of grip. Honestly, some of the models are pretty good, while others just are horrible. The "sofftie" knockoff grip is excellent, the crossline model is horrid, and the tour wrap is ok, little spongy for my tastes.

I have several on clubs I use for fitting. Another really nice grip is the basket weave grip by Ralph Maltby at Golfworks. I put them on the set I built for myself, great feel.
