I found an outstanding clubfitter/buillder. His name is Joe Leahy and he owns White's Golf Studio in Taunton, Mass. I found out about him though my golf club: the Harmon Golf Club (affiliated with the Harmon brothers), who uses his services.

He is very meticulous and does great work. I just spent my second fitting with him today for my new irons (he re-shafted my old ones before I was a member of this forum), and he fitted me for some new shafts.

If you're as obsessed with proper fit as I am, he's well worth a look. I like the fact that I know it's me and not the equipment when I hit a bad shot. I've been pulling my irons shots and it turns out it wasn't my swing but the lie angle of my clubs, which he is adjusting as well.
