Frequency analyzling

When I am working on Frequency slope with my irons do my hyrids fall in line with them or with woods.

If you actually have a different frequency for woods and irons, I'd frequency match with your iron set, since the hybrid is supposed to replace the long irons.
Best to make sure the shaft is designed for hybrid clubs, trimming down a fairway or even a driver shaft probably will not get the 100% potential out of the hybrid's design. It's possible but a task needs knowhow.
