I have a Nike SV wedge with a small chip on the bottom of the face. How could I fix it?

I'm not sure about fixing it, but I do think that to get the best advice, we need more information from you. Where on the face, and how big of a chip are the first two questions that came to mind for me. If you uploaded a picture, that'd be even better.

It's important to know the magnitude of this because the advice ranges from "that's so small, it's negligible" to "that's so huge, you probably just need to get a new one" and without knowing dimensions or seeing pictures, it could be anywhere in between.

I had some nicks in the leading edge of a couple of wedges...I took them out with sandpaper and a metal file...as long as they (the nicks) aren't too big, you ought to be able to handle it...

Fixing? I took a chunk out of my old 7 iron. the guy just took out the belt sander and smoothed her down. Nothing you can do.
