reshafting my 2 hybrid.

I'm going to get a ping rapture regular flex shaft and put it on my taylormade rescue mid 2.

i have a steel stiff on it right now and its not working at all.

hard to get it in the air, and it just hurts sometimes when you hit it.

sound alright to you guys?

Re: reshafting my 2 hybrid.

As long as the Ping shaft was made for a hybrid and it's the right tip diameter, it should work fine.

If your hybrid is in the bag to replace one of you irons, then I'd recommend you use a steel shaft in the hybrid if you have steel shaft irons. I'd want my hybrid to match my irons, not my fairway woods.

Re: reshafting my 2 hybrid.

well, i just really cant hit the stiff shaft in the hybrid yet, it sometimes hurts when i hit it. and i have a graphite shaft in my 4 hybrid and its awesome. one of my favorite clubs.

and actually my fairway wood, is a stiff steel.

and i love that...

weird,, but i dont know. its easy to hit,,,

so i think a graphite would be good for the 2 if it works for the 4.
