Hardstepping pulls...question on extensions

I am planning to hardstep a set of DGSL R300 pulls....I would assume that they will play a little stiffer but also 1/2" shorter since 4 iron shaft will be put to 3 iron head and so on....

My question is, should I put extensions? and if I do what effect would this have on my irons and their performance or extensions are normally done and it doesn't affect play and performance in any way?

Thanks!

Re: Hardstepping pulls...question on extensions

I'm not sure it's worth all the work to do this, but NO, the extentions will not effect the way the shaft perform. I can only assume you got a good price on a set of pulled shafts?
