Epoxy?

I need to put a club together and have done this in the past. I used to use Conap Epoxy I purchased from a component shop but I no longer live close by. Are there any Epoxy brands I can purchase at home improvement stores that will work? Are there any specs (PSI etc.) I should look for.
Thanks

Re: Epoxy?

I'd recommend you get some shafting epoxy from Golfsmith or Golf Galaxy. You want an epoxy with a low breakdown temperture in case you ever need to pull the shaft. Most epoxies have to be heated to a much higher temperture to get it to break down, and that could ruin the club head if not the shaft. First time I assembled some clubs, I used epoxy I got at a home improvement store, and the breakdown temp was around 550 degrees. Shafting epoxy is made to breakdown around 250*, which is much more in line with what you'd want. IF you don't plan to pull the shaft, you might be okay with a local epoxy, but I wanted to warn you just in case.
