Lie adjustment for irons

I just received my new clubs, purchased on EBAY. The lie looks & feels alright but I haven't been able to hit them yet(hurt my back). I was wondering how to go about getting the lies adjusted if need be ? Can it be done or am I stuck with them as is ? How much ? ... and any other info you guys may have. Thanks. Oh & they're Big Bertha's.

Waz, first off do you know what your lie angle should be? If not get fitted first so you will know. Most all club repair shops have a loft and lie machine, the cost for an adjustment is between $3-$10 per club. It just depends on the shop. One word of caution, don't try and bend a cast club more then 2 degrees, it may break. If you have a cast club and need to change it more then that send it back to the factory.

Thanks Forged. No, I've never been fitted. When I take my normal stance in my kitchen they seem to be laying flat & even. I'll know for sure when I hit them, hopefully this weekend.

Golfsmith will bend them for $3 or $4 bucks per iron. If you have access to there store get fitted there, they have a great fitting staff, atleast at the store I go to.
