I would try as many different ones as you can then base my decision on that.

I plan to be fitted for a new graphite shaft on my TaylorMade 3H next week. Granted the results will be for my swing but I will post my swing specs and shaft choice after I go in. I'll also watch this thread closely for anyone else's coments.

You need to try as many shafts as possible because different people play better with different shafts. But you might want to try the "Banzai" by Fuji.

I just ordered a TM rescue mid, 19* with Aldila NVS85 hybrid shaft. A buddy has it on his, and I liked it. Pretty good price on the GPP Golf website.

I just placed the order today, so I can't vouch yet for the service.

I went with the Aldila NV Hybrid 85 in my TM rescue Mid 3, I demoed the I-rod hybrid in the Nike Cpr and it felt really nice as well perfect flex in the reg for me and my ball flight was medium high it was a very responsive shaft. I also tried the Banzai by Fuji with a Snakeyes Hybrid head I didnt really like the shaft felt dead to me it couldve been a combo of the head and shaft but I just didnt like it. THe Aldila NVS is a great shaft I put one into my driver and my 3 wood. It has a really high trajectory but a very responsive shaft.. I ended up taking it out of my driver cause the ball flight was just way to high I kept the NVS on my trusty 3 wood cause I liked the way it performed. But for the Hybrid the best shaft I have found is the Aldila NV 85 Hybrid I think its perfect ball flight is right and it plays a little stiffer compared to like the Banzia.. There is also the Adlila Gamer Hybrid shaft golfsmith has them I havent demoed it but its like $40 which is a good price. Oh and if you like steel the True Temper Gold SL Hybrid shaft is pretty nice I demoed it with the new cleveland Halo 2i and I liked the way the shaft felt and the weight but the ball flight was a bit low for my liking. hope this helps

Top Hybrid shaft in my opinion

1.Aldila NV 85 Hybrid
2.Aldila NVS Hybrid
3. I-rod Hybrid
4.True Temper Gold SL Hybrid steel shaft
5.Fuji Banzai
