.335 or .350 shaft tip ....

I just wanted to know what the difference is between .335 and a .350 shaft tip is. I am trying to have my V Steel 3 wood reshafted with a GS YS-6 stiff shaft and the golfsmith employee said he could fit both. Does it matter which one I decide on?

I am assuming that you have a .350 hossel. You can use a bushing with a .335, if the epoxy bond is good it will work fine. There are more shaft choices in .335.

You should probably put in the diameter than matches your 3W. It's probably .350 since you can fit .335 in with an adapter. I believe .350 tips are tougher to break than .335 but some people believe .335 have more "feel".
