I got my driver back today. It turns out they just gave me a brand new one. First drive ever with it and I put it on the back fringe on the 331 yard par 4 16th about 20 feet from the pin. I had taken the plastic off about a minute earlier
(they were starting everyone out on the back today and I was late so I caught up with my group on the 16th tee)

That explains your tournament/college golf troubles.......They probably don't let you play the women's tees.
