This is how it works: I will be asking a question and you are to respond with an answer. Your answer will be your entry for the contest. Only one entry per person. (Entering more than once disqualifies you). Also, please do not post any other posts in the contest thread except for your one entry post. This weekly contest will run from Monday to Sunday each and every week.
In order to win, you must be at Golf Enthusiast level (30+ posts) or higher. If you are not currently at that level, you can still enter but you must have at least 30 posts by the end of the contest in order to win the prize.
The prize: A sleeve of personalized Golf Rewind Titleist Pro V1 golf balls.
This contest ends on Sunday, April 15 at 10:00 PM Eastern time.
Here is the question:
What do you like to do with your spare time (other than golf)? How often do you get to spend time doing that hobby?
Call me crazy, but I love camping (actual camping) in any condions, I usually go out once a month for a weekend. (even in the wintertime ). There's just something about sleeping in a tent and sitting next to a camp fire with friends that peeks my interest. I also love walleye fishing in lake Erie.
I don't have too many hobbies other than golf. A new house and a 3 year old take up most of my time. But, I do enjoy playing some online Texas Hold'em.
Volleyball: I play in two local leagues, about 6 hours a week
On-line Computer Games: I play the scourge of the internet, MMORPG. Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games. Ie, my choice is Vanguard. I play about 25 hours a week, when the kids are alseep!

if it counts as a hobbie, I like to get to as much sporting events out here in l.a. as I can I just came back from dodgers opening day, I've been to lakers games, ucla football games and the rosebowl between usc and michigan this year, but I enjoy soccer games the most I watch the galaxy and when the u.s. mens national team plays close enought to here (arizona earlier this year) I am def be there.
Tennis is the thing for me. I do it mostly to stave off the bulging evidence of aging . But I love hanging with the young guys on the court and engaging in the contest of strategy (my main weapon), speed (losing this one), stamina (and this one), and wills (still have this covered). Went undefeated in my 5.0 league, and getting ready to play USTA this weekend.
