Looks like my chances are down the drain.

At least three of my picks will miss the cut with a chance two more might not make it either.

Only good thing right now is Verplank had a great round.

Call me a nerd, but I just went through the field and 14 of the 40 available golfers in our Pick 'em failed to make the weekend. The biggest misses were Furyk, Singh and Stenson from the Top 10. Amazingly, another 8 of our choices made the cut on the number. I would say that almost everyone is still alive, especially since almost everyone has Tiger (only two participants failed to include him in their picks)....no advantage to anyone for picking him. Verplank, Fasth and Oberholser were good money picks for the first two rounds. If you picked any of them, you'll probably find yourself in the top half of the board.

Really mistertripps, that is interesting info. I only wound up losing the three. Problem is, Hot Irish had such a big lead, and he has Verplank, don't know if anyone will catch him.

Hope we get day two results soon.
