Starter set

Here's my original post...

New member!

What kind of price am I looking at for a starter set, and maybe getting it fitted? What kind of info do you need to have that done?

I'm just starting out so I have a few questions.

Thanks........Matt

How much do you want to spend? Personaly, starting out I can't see spending more than $300 but I'm a cheap old buzzard.

We can put in a good starter set for $295.00 shipped.

This set includes
SMT Inception - AccuFLEX Tour Elite Shaft W/SMT Headcover
SMT Solitair 3.5 wood - AccuFLEX Tour Elite Shaft W/SMT Headcover
3-SW of the N-Pursuit Power Hawks
Ping Style Putter
Tech Power Standbag
Custom fit to your specs
and Shipped

We also have other options to go lower in price but I felt that this is a really good setup to start out with. Quality Titanium Driver, awesome Fairway to match and one of our most popular iron sets of all time.

Give me a call if you would like to discuss more options or to order.

Talking It was worth a try.

How about some free advice then? Like I said before, I'm a cheap ol' buzzard so before I'd consider a custom fit for all my irons I'd like to get just one fit (say my 8I) to see what it could do for me, Stopped by local pro shop to ask but they'd only do a whole set and they'd probably laugh me out of the store if I'd told them they are Cougar Irons bought at Big 5 Sporating Goods (did I mention I'm cheap).

Thank YOU. I can't wait to start playing with 'em. I'll let you know how they work out...oh and my Uncle might be interested in a set too. I told him to give you a call.

Maybe you should give shadow that 8I on the house!

Let me know how everything works out for you. I believe the fitting over the phone went well.

I will be looking forward to a call from your Uncle.

Thank you

Clubs are great, I've been out every weekend since I've had 'em.

The only problem I have is hitting anything below the 7, don't know why. I can hit nice shots with the other clubs, nice and streight, seems the lower I go the worse the shots are. A few of the guys I play with say the swing looks nice when I take a few practice swings, step up to the ball and I tense up. I can feel it, I just need to keep practicing.

Thanks for all your help, it was great talking to you.

Matt

Glad to hear they are working out well for you...

If you have any questions about the clubs or your swing, feel free to shot me an email or give me a call.
