What do you think of the Bang Mellow Yellow Square Driver?

The results have come in at Solid Rock Golf and the driver seems to play like the Bang Bang-O-Matic with more forgiveness and slightly lower spin. So we found it to offer a Mid Launch, great feel, forgiveness and Distance.

How does this compares with the other square drivers like Sumo, Nickent, and FTi?

It seems to be a mid/high launching driver like the FT-i with a nice solid feel to it. It promotes a good amount of backspin like the Sumo but I would say it has more of a solid feel and sound compared to all three.

It definitely has a hot face and is great in Forgiveness.

Truth is I wasn't thrilled with the look of the driver when I seen the pics and then I seen it in person and thought it was way better looking then I thought (beautiful candy apple pearl) but still didn't know about the SQUARE yet.

A few weeks later I was doing some test with a few new drivers and thought I would shaft one of these up and give it a shot. I wasn't expecting it to be all that great but something forgiving and pretty good with distance. Like all the other square drivers out there....

I was already loose after trying a few drivers and put a good swing on this club (MY/ AccuLAUNCH 60) and all I can say is from that moment on I was a believer... Forgiving enough for me to go after it with confidence with a nice mid/high shot that just hung in the air forever. Hit it a few more times and this combo just kept rocking in distance and forgiveness.

Extremely nice look at the set-up. You can Feel the club staing square through impact and it Jumps off the face. Definitely a confidence builder if you have trouble with the driver!
