Mizuno MX-560

I just bought this club a couple days ago and i was wondering how you guys felt about it. I compared it at the driving range to my R7 and what a HUGE Difference it made! The change was like Night and Day for me. I was swinging the club an average of 7-10 mph at 92-95 faster improved my overall distance by almost 18 yards while still maintaining my accuracy and consistency! I think it may be due to the Fujikura E 150 fit on shaft that is pre-installed for the slower swingers like me and that it has a substantially lighter head compared to the R7 (why are they so heavy anyway?). I would diffinately give this a 5/5. Anybody want to buy an LH R7 ?

Re: Mizuno MX-560

i tried the mx 560 as well and it was a great club, straight and far, but it sure makes a racket when you hit it. I was shocked at the noise it makes. im waiting to try the mp600 before i make my decision.

Re: Mizuno MX-560

I bought the MX560 yesterday, hit it at the range, then today I took it out for a 9 hole test run. All I can say is that I wasted a year with the Callaway FTi. The Mizuno is longer, straighter, and more consistent. My first tee shot was horrendous (my fault, not the the club), but I hit this driver 6 more times during the round and only one was a bit iffy... and that one from a tee box that always causes trouble because it's slanted into a hook lie. That one drive I drop kicked into the left rough. No problem... Mizuno F60 3W to the rescue...

Anyway, this driver gets my highest rating... eagle all the way.

Re: Mizuno MX-560

I tried one of these on the simulator at Golf Galaxy and really liked it. I'm happy with my HiBore XL, but when these things come down at the end of the season I think I'll pick one up to really try out.
