I picked up a Launcher 400 a couple of months ago and have only played two rounds with it. My last Driver was a Cleveland Quadpro so I know there has been many improvements in technology from this club. The three things I noticed were. I'm at least 20 yards longer with it. I tend to hit a draw (I usually hit pretty straight). It sooo forgiving. I felt like I was hitting it all over the face and still getting good distance. For the price I think it's one of the best deals out there.

MP-001 Is a very sweet driver, Though id say not as forgiving as the g2 or ignite.

i've now tried about 6 different balls with this driver and i've noticed that no matter what ball I hit, they all sound and feel about the same coming off of the face. this was not true with my Tit. 983K. interesting.

The Launcher 460 is the most forgiving club and longest club I've every hit. In my time I've had the Great Big Bertha, Titleist 975J, and now the Launcher.

I have a launcher 400 and I love that thing, you dont have to wail on it to hit the ball far I was surprised with my distance when I cruised down the fairway (golfed 9 only was on the fairway twice) but the ball launches off that thing , hence the name i bet. I recommend cleveland everything from irons to fairway woods to divers to wedges to a doggone putter. I liked the way the cleveland looked and felt and swung so i bought it I love the launcher (my friends arent to fond of it cause it looks like i swing like a sissy (90-110 mph) but always looking for my ball closer to the hole then they are!

just got the 400 for a week. love the way it sound. Definitely need to tee it low since it will go up really high. (my loft is 9.5 degree). This driver definitely out scored my old taylor made 360.

Definite upgrade from my Steelhead Plus. I've got the 8.5* 400 with Grafalloy Blue stiff shaft. This thing hits it stupid far and perfect height. I put 5 balls out of about 25 over the 30-foot net at the end of the range I went to. Before this club I've never even reached the net.

On Sunday, my ball was going over the green off the tee on a 348-yard dogleg if not for the top of one last tree. I hit a ball 263 that was so far off the heel I could only see half a ball mark on the clubface. A power fade went 300. What's amazing is how mis-hit balls hardly lose anything. Balls that would have ricocheted off my foot with my steelhead are ending up past everyone else in the fairway.

I wish I could compare it to the other 400cc+ drivers, but I really don't need to. I don't know how anything could get significantly better than this thing. Worth all 13,000 pennies

Launcher 460 comp

I bought the Launcher 460 comp. 10.5* with the Aldila NV 65-R shaft. Ball just wants to go straight. Even on mis-hits the shots are keepers. I tried the stock Fuji reg and stiff shafts. So so, then the sales rep said try this after watching me.
WOW! Aldila NV 65-R shaft is sweet, ball goes long and straight. No slicing or hooking with this club! Hit it a bit on the high side, but it works for clearing the trees on a couple of doglegs I play.
Now the only time I get a bad shot is when I come over the top from my old hockey days of getting the whole right side into the slapshots and get a pull to the right. Cost me $409.00, but now I'm winning those $1.00 nassau's!

I just got a 460 Launcher off of Ebay for a little over 100 bucks and it has the Aldila NV green shaft in it.

I'll reply to this again as soon as it gets here and I take it out. Sounds like most owners like them !!!

I have a Launcher 460, 9.5 with a 48" shaft and love it. I cannot for the life of me figure out why people say they have so much trouble controlling longer drivers. I have been hitting more fairways with this club than ever. This club gives me very good distance but, like everyone else says, a very high trajectory. But for me that is welcomed as I usually hit a low ball. I really do love this club and got it for a steal.
