I hit it once on a driving range. I didn't think there was anything real special about it, but it is a very high quality driver. But I think the Big Bertha II hits just as well, and it's alot cheaper. :nodsmiley

I like the driver a lot. I heard that callaway is changing it already this coming up season sometime though. I heard they're making it 460cc from 360cc and changing the weighting slightly.

Not a bad club at all. When they go down in price I'd entertain owning one if I needed a club and couldnt spend a fortune.

I like the ERC Fusion quite a bit. Has a nice, balanced feel to it. If I still had my GBBII I'd be using it instead.

thr ERC fusion is one of the best drivers i have ever hit. I just got one and am absolutely loving it. As for everyone saying that there GBB 2 are hitting just as far i dont know what they are talking about. I previously owned the GBB 2 and i thought that club was total junk. Though the ERC is a lil pricy it is well worth it and u can usually find one on ebay for cheap enough.

I just picked one up- 9*, aldila nv s-65 shaft off callaway preowned. Hit it at the dome a few times and it felt good. It finally got warm enough to use at the outdoor range and it is a lot different than my GBBII with a pro-launch stiff. I have heard complaints about looks, I think it looks fine, I like the smaller headed drivers. I have heard complaints about the sound- I love the sound, reminds me of my old persimmon driver. Biggest difference is the launch angle- I normally hit a high fade, this driver gives me a lower launch angle. This trajectory is much nicer and I think will promote better distance. Very forgiving driver too but I was still able to work my fade and I think I can draw it as well, given time. After hitting it on the range I had the fever so I played 9 one the few courses open in Buffalo at this time of year. I have to say I am sold on this driver now. I didn't think I could use any more length but I got it anyway, with accuracy. Nice club, I highly recommend.

I purchased my 10 degree with Aldila NV65 Stiff from Callaway Preowned. Paid $239 in "Like New" condition. I see it is now available for $219. I've been playing this club for about 6 weeks and am very happy with it. The 360cc head was a nice step up from my Great Big Bertha without looking like too much of an increase in size like the 460cc heads did.
My initial goal was to hit a few more fairways. The result is more fairways and more distance. What a bonus. I now play approach shots from distances I had not previously seen on the home course. Because of the increased driver distance I am hitting 3 wood more often which is also helping my game.

At my current level of play I am not drawing or fading on demand and therefore cannot comment on workability of the club.

I rate it Excellent

I Only hit one a couple of times but I really liked it. It was a close second choice behind my taylormade r580.

I should follow up my intitial review. I went through a period of struggling off the tee this last week but after some hours at the range I made the adjustments. Now I am crushing this thing. Long, boring flight, straight, and did I say long?

I recently bougt my ERC with a ys6 shaft for 70 dollars. It was almost brand new only used on range a couple of times. The sound isnt as loud as others but I dont care what it sounds like. Im also hitting about 40 yards further.
