I like my 400CC w/ Exsar 60 Reg, hit it straighter than any other driver, and sounds better than some of those tin cans out there. Nice carry of about 225-250 which is good for me (my slowass swing). Just bought a 460 w/ the Aldila NVS R. Hoping to see some distance increases, I'll let you know next week.....
Love the 460 even more! Probably mostly the shaft (Aldila) but with a nice tempo, you can hit fairways every time, even on mishits (just shorter). Gaining probably 15-20 yds using this combo
I got this baby on Ebay for $70 lightly used. 10 degrees with Aldila NV65R. I have a swing speed of about 110 so I thought the R flex would be too whippy, but it's keeping up with me well allowing me to reach about 240 yds with little effort. My friend, who is a complete golf noob, was hitting decent shots with it without even having learned much basics of the swing. He just swung at the ball and yet it went a good 200 yds. It's a very forgiving driver that has a timeless, simple look to it, in contrast to the busy looking drivers that have come out lately (R7 cough cough). I recommend the 400cc for a good mix of looks and performance. There are many people selling this one on Ebay, so good deals are plentiful (although I don't understand why they'd sell it).
the 400/10 with the exsar60 reg shaft fits my swing perfectly, so my swing must fit the parameters of the typical duffer profile it's set up for...
a mid-80s swing speed, hits straight (it's supposed to be draw biased a bit, but I don't have a slice anyway) out there about 200, so no complaints...an easy shaft to control and turn over, moreso than the mp-001/460 was for me at least...
@ under $75 it's a great buy!
Interesting I have the 10 deg with an aldila NV65s in it - and it is the sweetest thing I have ever had - it is an awesome combo
Yours faithfully

I've been hitting the MP001 400 in a 9 degree with a ProLaunch Reg for a year now and am thinking of either going to a 10 degree, same shaft or maybe the 460 version, to get the ball flight up a little more. Love the club, great feel and distance. Price isn't bad either. Care to offer any suggestions one way or another.
Switched from 983K (Fujikura Speeder 757) to the MP-001 (Fujikura 370) about 3 1/2 months ago.
Picked up about 12 yrds (250 - 255 avg w/roll) without sacrificing accuracy. Mis-hits are ok, ball-flight tends to be medium but that's more a product of my swing than the club.
A friend of mine (scratch golfer) has the same club with Aldila NVS-?? (sorry, forget the exact model), and averages 270 (w/roll) off the tee. When he really goes after it, he bombs it out there 300+, but has to pull the wedgey outta his butt.

If your swing speed is 110 and you're hitting it 240 - especially with an R flex shaft - something ain't right. My swing speed is around 105-108 and I hit my 3 wood 250 with the NV-65 stiff.
