Question Orlando Golf

I am new to this website, and this being my first post, I'm hoping I sent it to the correct forum. I am in the process of setting up a golf vacation for 16 golfers to Orlando next spring. I am looking for suggestions of courses to play from experienced Orlando travelers. There are many to choose from so I am looking to pick only the best. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I live in orlando but I guess I dont count cause i am not an orlando traveler

If you want a wide open links style course with fast undulating greens play Eagle creek. GPS and well manicured. fun course just a little too wide open for my taste

Avoid Orlando during Spring Break and the Disney courses are over rated and you will be over charged.

The November/December 2004 issue of Travel + Leisure Golf magazine has an article called "Orlando from the Tips." Basic info on recommended courses, places to stay and eat. Should be enough to get you started, anyway. Here's a link:

I enjoyed Orange County National - both courses hosted PGA Tour Q-school.
Also, Falcon's Fire is alot of fun.
