Menu...how about a LowCountry Buffet...

Chilled Shrimp Cocktail, Oysters on the half shell

Crab Bisque

Cole Slaw

Blackened Redfish
Whole Blue Crab
BBQ Shrimp

Local Fruit Medley

Of course EVERYTHING on the Buffet would be fresh caught right out of our local waters and the fruit harvested locally as well. We should schedule this for the fall for top availability.

That sounds delicious JC. Congrats on the 1000... that's about how many I'd have if I valued quality over quantity, too.
