They look good, They have the MX-23, MP-30, MP-37,MX-17, and MP-32 from Mizuno, Bridgestone just has the J33 Combo, Macgregor has the V-Foil M675, M565, and M455. Nicklaus has the "Iron Max".

My big question is this: is TW06 that much different than TW05? If so, I'm definitely going to go for it. If not, I'll probably wait until TW07 comes out.
I noticed that I couldn't import my golfer from the 2005 version, but like how they changed the amateur portion of the game.
Also, the different clubs actually make a difference in the game, instead of being pretty much cosmetic in the 2005 version.
I wish the driving lesson wouldn't become available until you are actually capable of hitting the ball 255 yards, that $750 down the drain kinda stings at this point in the game.
The game face part doesn't seem as extensive as the 2005 version, unless I just don't see the rest of the sliders.
So far, I like it, will give me something to do over the winter.
My wife and I had a fun weekend with the 2004 version!! Finally played the Torrey Pines course !!!
The 2003 Buick Open at Torrey Pines was pretty much our second date! <that was the "clincher" as far as me asking her to marry me. smile>
So we spent most of the "round" looking around the graphics and laughing and pointing to places we stood on the course. Pretty accurate graphics! It was fun!
But for us, it holds a special place in our hearts!
I picked up TW '06 over the weekend. I like it. Its a little more complicated with the using both analog sticks (shaping). I like the setup, its a lot different than the 04. And as I said earlier in the thread I've not even played the '05 version--so I can't compare it. There are almost TOO many save points now. I thought there weren't enough before, but now there's just too many. Every time you turn around its asking you to save. Still a great game.
It's a pity they still won't put Titleist in the game. I know a handful of the Tour Pros in game play the Pro-V in 2004, but you could never get it... is it still that way, or can you now play the Pro-V1??

They don't have any of their products in the games, but for the Titleist sponsored players they show the logos on their hats and gloves.
I think they tried to get Titleist, but they wouldn't offer a license or something. They also tried to get the Augusta National for the PS2 version. On the 2005 PC version, I downloaded the National through a program.
TW 04 was the only golf I played for 17 months when I was in Iraq. I am going to go get TW 06 for the XBOX.....now I only have to fight my 4 kids for some XBOX time now.

Can someone explain what exactly this means?? i think i understand, but not sure... is it merely that some clubs are more forgiving/more accurate/longer/etc. than others or what??
I think he is pointing out the fact that different irons modify different skills. Some will help your spin and ball striking while others will help your approach and focus.
