Green Jacket Club. I was afraid that I would find the
blue Wal-Mart greeters vest waiting for me.

Since
league doesn't want
Forged's famous road-kill BBQ on the menu, I've decided to cook up one of my favorite meals.
Menu
Munchies on the table:
Warm shrimp dip (made with fresh Gulf shrimp) served with crackers.
Appetizers:
Our own homemade Cajun sausage smoked on
Forged's fancy BBQ pit. (OK
league, I know, but I need his help in cooking for such a large, hungry crowd)
Grilled portobellos stuffed with roasted garlic and crabmeat.
Soup:
Seafood Gumbo
Entree:
My very special slow-cooked peppered brisket served with my delicious potato salad.
Vegetable:
Green beans cooked with onions, ham, bacon, and new potatoes.
All served with hot crusty French bread.
Dessert (my two favorites):
Pecan Pie (my mother's recipe and it's the best)
Banana Pudding
The ice chest will be loaded with beer for the guys. I'll just stick with my Diet Coke.
