Congrats on the 1000 posts Erik. The suspense was killing me. BTW, your swing looks fine, except that your standing on the wrong side of the ball. Your contributions are always entertaining and I look forward to the next 1000. Now what's for dinner ?

La Menu.
Thank you for being so patient. And now onto the menu. I have chosen a meal in honor of my Mexican background, although I am slightly less than half mexican. But since both of my parents are from mexico, my father being pure Yaqui, and my mother being a mix of Mexican and Chinese, I decided on mexican food out of respect for my Nana who made the best food ever.

Basic appetizer....Nacho chips with a bean dip.


Steak and Chicken taquitos.




Tamales. The picture has only one tamale, but my Nana used to make this huge caldron looking pot full of them. And I can't say it enough...she made the best ever!


Enchiladas.


Small burritos on Spanish Rice.


and you can't forget corn tortillas...





I thought I'd switch it up for the dessert. A delicious......







...Angelina Jolie? Woops! How's that get in here? Actually the desert is a Seville Marnier cake.

Wow Eric, that looks scrumptious. One question- may I please have the dessert first? I'd hate to have the Angelina Jolie course on a full stomach of Mexican food, it might be quite emarrassing also. Plus, I'll probably build up quite an appetite. Thanks for understanding buddy.
