The 'instruction' in this video appears to be based on (or mocking) 'The Golfing Machine' method, which breaks down the golf-swing into all possible mechanical body motions.

Bobby Clampett, now an announcer, used this method when he was a pro, and I have read that he sounded just like that in post-round interviews at the 82 British open, which he led for a while.
