Oh, now I see it. A super race in a way. Well, here in Colorado, we have our really cold days, and our 80's. We see it all. I like the warm weather naturally. Lets me play more golf. And we all know that is what it is all about.

We have some decently warm days (maybe 50 or 60) interspersed with the frigid temps during January and February, but unfortunately there's too much snow to melt and no golf can be played. I blame Lake Erie. Come to think of it, league is over on that side.. ..all that hot air he's creating causes those of us downwind to pay the price when that warm air cools and starts dropping snow!

Oh, ouch!!! League, you should be ashamed of yourself! JK.
Sorry you don't get to play stlcard. Hey everyone, I have an idea. We all pack up, sell the house, move to Arizona, (not muggy there) and play golf every day!
(Hey, I can dream can't I?)

Ouch, Arizona ? Have you ever been there in July ? You don't want to go outside, much less swing a golf club. Great mid-day rates though. I'm thinking Tennesee or the Carolinas. Yes it's getting close to dreamin' time here in Michigan, too.

You're right about that. Hmmm...I guess that we should just make Arizona our winter home then!

I have a sister in the Phoenix area with a couple of extra rooms. Now if I can only figure out what to do with my family for the winter.

That is a problem isn't it. Plus I don't think I could leave my girlfriend all winter. Hmm, have to go down for weekends then...

If that's the case.....after reading your comment, I'll create enough snow producing hot air to insure you won't see bare ground until the Fourth of July!

Well, you did a pretty good job of it earlier this year! Problem is, when you keep on producing that hot air, once it gets into springtime it will heat us up so much that the snow will melt anyway. Guess you'll have to shut down the "hot air" machine in the springtime then...

Keep it up Card and you'll get the "cold shoulder," which has been known to plummet thermometers as far East as Long Island....any time of year!!

Hey, the cold temps aren't the problem, it's the snow. You freeze that lake over early and the snow tapers off. Hence, the little bit of snow melts early in the spring and I'm out early! Go for it!

Happy Guy Fawkes Day

Though I can't for the life of me figure out why we celebrate a bloke failing to blow up Parliament............just one of those quirky English things I guess

Cheers,
Jim

I read a bit on that guy (no pun intended). A gruesome story indeed.

I am going hunting on Saturday! Finally I get a chance to go home and get out in the field. Pheasant, turkey, grouse, squirrel. What'll it be?
