By now you've all received a rather irate PM from me regarding my failed attempt to enter my 1000th post. If this was due to some sort of technical snafu or user error as league has suggested , you all have my humblest apologies. If not and you're all having a good laugh over this, well that's ok too.. I am after all the married father of 2 teens and am accustomed to being the source of much amusement.

I wish I had thought about it, especially after the thread poking fun at Louisiana. A dog always has his day, and a good dog has two.

I just realized what happened to cause the confusion. I answered correctly & posed a question in Sports Trivia. Stag answered incorrectly. This was apparently all done out of turn. While I was composing my response to Stag... my 1,000the post, someone deleted Stag's post(league?), to get the thread back on track(I'll presume the the best motives of whomever did it). When I tried to transmit my response to Stag, I got an error as his answer had been deleted. Please forgive me all great and powerful mods.

Man, that was one of the most spirited PMs I've received here at GR! It was great! Anyway, I was offline at the big moment, so I don't know what happened. But all's well that ends well, I hope! Again, congrats on Post 1K!
