Shrimp Fettuccini, unfortunately no Alfredo, so I just had to give it a blizzard of parmasan cheese

Next time you can make an acceptable alfredo with milk, 1 egg yolk, parmesan, pinch of nutmeg and one shot of tabasco, salt and pepper...Do the same with heavy cream for the milk and it will be authentic...

Very interesting, I'll look into more Alfredo recipies since we got a pasta (fettuccini) maker.

If people only realized how easy things like alfredo really are! Just a little effort and time. Of course, we cook for fun. Oh..tonight...homemade spagetti sauce (italian sausage and fresh basil from the garden) over fresh noodles.

ErikGalindo...hope you enjoy the pasta maker. That's fun!

That's great...making pasta is no more difficult than whipping up a batch of pancakes after you've done it a couple of times...you are going to love having your own fresh pasta around...you can make a large batch, blanch it in salted water for 3 min, remove to a roasting pan and toss with olive oil, allowing to cool without rinsing in water (leaves surface starch intact, critical for sauce adherence) and seal in a freezer safe container...this can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months and need only to be brought back to life in boiling salted water for 1-2 min...

I had Coddled Salmon, porcini, artichokes and asparagus with a Bardillino reduction (half portion) and two slices of Black pepper, red chili and garlic marinated olive pizza (personal creation...I don't know if this would ever sell)...

haha lets see... Chicken selects, french fries, and gatorade from McDonalds. Had to have it because i has helping at a hockey clinic and could get anything else. O then during my clinic right after we ran a mile, then ran up and down the stairs around the rink 12 times.. O then we skated for an hour and a half.
BAD CHOICE of food.
