Hammond is just north of N.O. on I-55/I-12. it's about 30 minutes from new orleans.

Tonight was spaghetti, breadsticks, a salad with ranch dressing, and two pieces of Magic Swirl Cake (The school's name for Jello Cake )

I guess that it's going to have to be beef stew. What else can I do with these stupid beef cubes that my wife bought?

roll them into tight balls, freeze them, and practice chipping. meatballs?
